4. Obligations of the Candidate

• The candidate must provide truthful and accurate documentation, including identification, qualifications, and references.
• Any falsification or misrepresentation will lead to immediate disqualification.
• The candidate agrees to follow all legal and ethical guidelines in their employment.

5. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
• Payments must be made in full before the processing of any application or documentation.
• Any additional costs, such as visa fees, medical checkups, or travel expenses, will be borne by the candidate unless specified otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Sampada Overseas ensures the confidentiality of personal and sensitive information provided by clients and candidates. Data will only be used for processing applications or as required by law.

7. Termination of Services

• The Company reserves the right to terminate services without notice in the event of a breach of these terms.
• The candidate may also terminate services by providing written notice, but no refund will be issued after service commencement.

8. Liability

• The Company will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or denials caused by external factors such as government policies, visa rejections, or employer decisions.
• Candidates are advised to seek independent legal or professional advice before making decisions related to overseas employment.

9. Governing Laws
